Taiwan Through Time is a series that aims to give a detailed account of the history of the island of Taiwan, from the dawn of humanity to the present day.
James Shone, our host, is a South African and a teacher who currently lives and works in Taiwan, though he has also spent time in mainland China and hopes that his knowledge of the two – along with being an outsider – will give a clear and more objective look at the island.
We welcome you to share this journey with us and hopefully learn a little more about the world.
